  Very disorganised, had to wait far to long and on top of it all failed my cars WOF for the most pathetic things, I don't recommend this vtnz if your an everyday average New Zealander who would need to take time off work to sort your WOF unless you don't mind waiting an hour and a half, what's more since when did vtnz do bookings? Isn't the whole motto "check in drive on".
  Sort it out vtnz!
